    Mike: Are the salespeople trained to incorporate this into their process?
    Rishi: Great point. If a shopper tries on a few pairs (of shoes) and doesn’t like the options it would be awesome if the sales associate guides them to the kiosk and gives a quick demo. Just because a kiosk is there doesn’t mean shoppers will know how to use it or be confident entering their credit card info. So some sales guidance is needed. Plus, the sales person has to be rewarded for kiosk sales, or they will view the kiosk as competition.
