  1. Yes! Finally an email that’s not selling something. They’ve done a couple of things here-communication so that they are top of mind, created some anticipation, and created exclusivity. Their goal is just to get someone to open the next email, not to close the sale. Sometimes the multi-step marketing message is far more effective than throwing up a coupon!
